Choose a bounded reporting period and review downloads, denied attempts, reviews due, expiring resources, stale Documents and policy coverage. Reports exclude document content, file paths and secrets.

Audit and privacy

The audit trail is operational, bounded and separate from general analytics. Export a redacted CSV when support or compliance review needs evidence. WordPress privacy export/erasure covers user-linked audit and saved-library records.

Retention

The default caps the audit trail by age and total events. Confirm local legal and operational requirements before changing retention.
