No. The published chart is rendered on your WordPress site rather than embedded from a third-party chart-hosting platform.

What happens when my Pro subscription expires?
Your chart data and saved settings remain in WordPress. Pro-only features are blocked after expiry until the licence is renewed; updates and support also require an active subscription.
