From spreadsheet to published story
Make WordPress data stories clear, accessible, and publication-ready.
Start from a chart family or the question readers need answered, bring in CSV/TSV data, and publish a responsive, self-hosted visual without leaving WordPress.
Choose the form that makes the point
Start with the question, not the chart jargon.
ChartQuill gives everyday WordPress publishers a clear route to the visual that fits their story—and gives professional teams room to go further with Pro.

Explain the whole
Make composition understandable
Show how categories contribute to a total, with direct percentages and written context that keep the takeaway clear.

Inspect the distribution
Show where values gather
Move beyond averages and help readers see the shape, spread, and concentration within a dataset.

Test the relationship
Make patterns visible
Plot two measures together so an audience can see the association instead of taking the conclusion on trust.
Included in ChartQuill Free: eleven practical chart styles for comparison, change, composition, distribution, and relationships—including dot and lollipop charts—plus line-weight controls and pie labels as percentages or formatted values. Pro adds twelve professional styles plus deeper analysis, branding, colour, and annotation controls.
A direct WordPress workflow
From pasted data to a story readers can understand.
ChartQuill keeps the complete workflow inside the block editor—without iframes, external dashboards, or copy-pasted embed code.

Type directly, paste spreadsheet rows, or import a local CSV/TSV file, then apply the data when the draft is ready.
Built around the publishing outcome
More than a chart block.
Every part of ChartQuill helps an editor publish data that remains understandable, editable, and owned by the site.
Create
Work with familiar data

Use eleven Free chart styles, then add twelve professional styles and deeper controls with Pro.
Own
Keep control of the data
Chart data stays with the post and rendering libraries are bundled locally—no hosted chart account required.

Non-destructive licensingSaved Pro charts and settings stay intact if a licence is temporarily unavailable.
Accessibility is part of the workflow

Know what you are buying
Focused software. Clear boundaries.
ChartQuill does one job: help WordPress editors turn owned data into clear, accessible visuals.
No hosted chart service
Rendering libraries are bundled locally and chart data stays in WordPress.
Pro settings are preserved
Temporary licence loss does not silently rewrite a professional chart.
Developer-owned product
Built, documented, and supported by the developer responsible for the plugin.
Does ChartQuill send chart data to a hosted service?
No. Chart data remains in WordPress. ChartQuill bundles its rendering libraries locally and does not need a hosted chart-rendering service or front-end CDN.
What makes the output more accessible?
Charts can include a title, written summary, source, unit, SVG metadata, a keyboard- and touch-friendly value explorer, and a separately placed semantic data table. The important information is not available through colour alone.
What happens if my Pro subscription expires?
Your chart data, mappings, content, and Pro settings stay saved. Pro-only rendering, updates, and support require an active licence; ChartQuill does not silently convert the chart.
Can I cancel automatic renewal?
Yes. Renewal can be cancelled in the Freemius customer portal. The licence remains active until the end of the paid period.
Which WordPress and PHP versions are required?
ChartQuill 1.2.0 requires WordPress 6.8 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer.
