Billing safety
Licence changes and billing changes are separate.
Do not assume that deactivating a licence or editing this profile cancels a subscription. Use the account system associated with the purchase, or ask support before changing an earlier FastSpring-backed subscription.
Account security
Keep credentials and licence keys private.
Never send a password, one-time login code, full licence key, payment detail, or customer export in an initial support request.
